Make this warm, cheesy pizza dip with cream cheese and pepperoni. It is a quick appetizer perfect for game day or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spoon the marinara sauce over the cream cheese layer, spreading it gently to cover the surface.
  5. Top the sauce evenly with the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Scatter the mini pepperoni slices and sliced black olives (if using) over the cheese layer.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let the dip cool for 5 minutes before serving warm with tortilla chips, breadsticks, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • Prepare the dip layers ahead of time, cover, and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Add 5-10 minutes to the baking time if baking straight from the refrigerator.
  • For a different flavor, substitute the pepperoni with cooked, crumbled sausage or diced ham.
  • Serve this crowd pleasing dip with garlic bread for an ultimate game day snack.
