1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 oz Blackberry Syrup
0.5 oz Orange Liqueur (e.g., Cointreau or Triple Sec)

Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, muddle a small handful of fresh blackberries.
Add tequila, lime juice, blackberry syrup, and orange liqueur to the shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
Double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a few fresh blackberries and a lime wheel.
Notes
To make blackberry syrup: Combine 1 cup fresh blackberries, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup water in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Let simmer for 10 minutes, then remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on solids. Discard solids. Let cool before use.
