Make these simple, no-bake cheesecake deviled strawberries. They are bite-sized, creamy, and perfect for impressing guests without using your oven.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound large fresh strawberries
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Optional: Chocolate chips or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries completely. Cut a thin slice off the bottom of each strawberry so it sits flat. Carefully slice off the top (stem end) and use a small spoon or melon baller to gently hollow out the center of the strawberry, creating a small cup. Set the hollowed strawberries aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined and creamy.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag fitted with a star tip (or use a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off).
  5. Pipe the cheesecake filling into the hollowed strawberries until they are full.
  6. Place the filled strawberries on a serving platter. Sprinkle the tops evenly with graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Chill the cheesecake deviled strawberries for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the filling to set slightly.

Notes

  • Select strawberries that are uniform in size for the best presentation.
  • If you do not have a piping bag, you can use two small spoons to carefully scoop the filling into the berries.
  • For an extra touch, drizzle melted chocolate over the crumbs just before serving.
