Ingredients
Scale
2 oz Vanilla Vodka
1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur (or similar chocolate liqueur)
Chill your martini glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes before starting.
Add the vanilla vodka, chocolate liqueur, and crème de cacao to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Seal the shaker and shake hard for 20 to 30 seconds until the outside of the shaker is very cold. This ensures proper chilling and slight dilution for the best texture.
If using a garnish, drizzle chocolate syrup inside the chilled martini glass, creating a swirl pattern.
Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
Garnish with a few chocolate shavings on top before serving immediately.
Notes
For a richer, thicker texture, substitute half-and-half or heavy cream for the crème de cacao, making it a 4-ingredient recipe.
To achieve a chocolate cake flavor, add a small splash of almond extract to the shaker.
If you prefer a White Chocolate Martini, use white chocolate liqueur instead of dark crème de cacao.
