  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the white chocolate chips in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  3. Stir the peanut butter into the melted white chocolate until fully combined.
  4. Add the crispy rice cereal and mini marshmallows to the chocolate mixture. Fold gently until all dry ingredients are evenly coated.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. You can use a cookie scoop for uniform size.
