1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup crushed pretzels
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
Instructions
Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and well combined.
Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer. Spread it gently to cover the surface.
Sprinkle the crushed pretzels evenly over the melted chocolate layer. Gently press them down slightly so they adhere.
