  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, beaten egg, bread crumbs, chopped onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Carefully place the tuna patties in the hot skillet.
  6. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and heated through.
