  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If using an air fryer, set it to 370°F (188°C).
  2. Place the split English muffins, cut-side up, on a baking sheet or directly in the air fryer basket.
  3. Toast the muffin halves lightly for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly crisp. This prevents sogginess.
  4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly over the toasted side of each muffin half.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Add your chosen toppings sparingly over the cheese layer.
