- 1 (16.5 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruit, sliced or chopped (such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of a 12-inch pizza pan or a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. Let the crust cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled sugar cookie crust.
- Arrange the fresh fruit over the frosting to create your desired design.
- Slice and serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
Notes
- For mini fruit pizzas, press cookie dough into mini muffin tins and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- You can use a store-bought frosting if you prefer to save time.
- Ensure your fruit is dry before placing it on the pizza to prevent a watery crust.
