A quick and simple fruit pizza recipe using refrigerated sugar cookie dough and a cream cheese frosting. Perfect for a fast dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16.5 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups assorted fresh fruit, sliced or chopped (such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of a 12-inch pizza pan or a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. Let the crust cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled sugar cookie crust.
  6. Arrange the fresh fruit over the frosting to create your desired design.
  7. Slice and serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For mini fruit pizzas, press cookie dough into mini muffin tins and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • You can use a store-bought frosting if you prefer to save time.
  • Ensure your fruit is dry before placing it on the pizza to prevent a watery crust.
