Ingredients
Scale
1.5 lbs lean ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, minced garlic, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
Add the butter mixture to the turkey mixture and gently fold it in.
Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread the ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the juices run clear.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra moisture, you can add a tablespoon of olive oil to the meat mixture.
Store leftover meatloaf in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
This meatloaf freezes well. Let it cool completely, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and then foil, and freeze for up to 3 months.
