Bite-sized cheeseburger bombs stuffed with seasoned beef and cheese, coated in garlic parmesan butter. Perfect for game day or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or prepare your air fryer according to manufacturer instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain off any excess grease. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Separate the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into four equal pieces.
  4. Flatten each piece of dough slightly and place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center.
  5. Pinch the edges of the dough together to seal, forming a ball around the filling.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Dip each cheeseburger bomb into the garlic parmesan butter mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
  8. Place the coated bombs in a greased muffin tin or directly in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or air fry for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For make-ahead, assemble the bombs and store them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before coating and baking.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or a special burger sauce.
  • These can also be made ahead and reheated in the oven or air fryer.
