Crispy chicken with a sweet and spicy hot honey glaze, topped with creamy feta cheese. A quick and easy weeknight dinner ready in about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup hot honey
  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
  5. Remove the chicken from the oven. Drizzle generously with hot honey.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the chicken.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a milder heat, use less hot honey or a milder chili-infused honey.
  • Serve with rice, quinoa, or a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
  • You can also pan-sear the chicken instead of baking for extra crispiness.
