  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry rosé wine, chilled
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruit (sliced strawberries, raspberries, orange slices)
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 1 cup chilled sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine the chilled rosé wine, mixed fresh fruit, brandy, and simple syrup in a large pitcher.
  2. Stir the mixture gently to combine the ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate the sangria base for at least 1 hour to allow the fruit flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving, pour in the chilled sparkling water or club soda. Stir once gently.
