  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  3. Drop tablespoon-sized dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until the bites are completely frozen solid.
  5. Transfer the frozen strawberry yogurt bites to an airtight container and store them in the freezer for up to two weeks.
