Ingredients
Scale
2 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
1 tablespoon sliced black olives
1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 Celsius).
Lightly brush one side of each tortilla with olive oil. This helps create a crunchy tortilla crust.
Place the tortillas, oil-side down, on a baking sheet.
Spread half of the pizza sauce evenly over the non-oiled side of each tortilla.
Top each with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and black olives.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tortilla edges are crisp.
Remove from the oven and slice immediately. Serve your individual tortilla pizzas hot.
Notes
For an air fryer tortilla pizza, cook at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 to 6 minutes.
To prevent a soggy base, use sauce sparingly.
You can substitute toppings for simple tortilla toppings like shredded chicken or vegetables.
