For the Secret Sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
In a medium bowl, gently mix the ground turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Do not overmix.
Divide the turkey mixture into 12 equal portions and form into small patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
Prepare the secret sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the turkey patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
While the patties cook, lightly toast the slider buns if desired.
Assemble the sliders: Spread secret sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a turkey patty on top, add your desired toppings, and finish with the top half of the bun.
Serve immediately.
