A quick and fresh Greek yogurt sauce perfect for dipping or as a condiment.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, chopped mint, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  2. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  4. For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
  • Squeeze as much liquid as possible from the grated cucumber to prevent a watery sauce.
  • Adjust garlic and herbs to your taste.
  • This sauce is best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
