- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, chopped mint, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
- Squeeze as much liquid as possible from the grated cucumber to prevent a watery sauce.
- Adjust garlic and herbs to your taste.
- This sauce is best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
