A simple, no-bake holiday treat featuring smooth white chocolate and crushed candy canes, perfect for gifting.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
  3. Alternatively, melt white chocolate using a double boiler.
  4. Stir in half of the crushed candy canes into the melted white chocolate.
  5. Pour the white chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Spread it into an even layer using an offset spatula.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining crushed candy canes over the top.
  8. Let the bark set at room temperature for about 1 hour, or until firm.
  9. Once firm, break the bark into pieces.

Notes

  • For best results, use good quality white chocolate.
  • You can crush candy canes in a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
  • Store the bark in an airtight container at room temperature.
