Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the cottage cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt into a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. This step is key for a flexible wrap.
  3. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet. Use an offset spatula to spread the mixture into a thin, even circle or rectangle, aiming for about 1/8 inch thickness.
